Great leaders ask great questions. Andy Andrews mentions this in his book, The Final Summit. If you don’t ask the right questions, your answers make little difference.
So, my question for you is this – What are the questions you are asking in 2012?
I’m making a list, starting with:
- How can I live intentionally this year? Instead of reacting to everything that happens like I’m playing defense in a sport, I want to choose purposefully what I’m doing and where I’m going. I want to go on offense.
- How do I defeat the resistance? I want to conquer old enemies that have dogged me for years. I want to create, to progress, to become the man I am destined to be. That cannot happen if I give in to failure and discouragement.
- And, thanks to Mr. Andrews, how do I starve the “black dog”? You’ll have to read his book to get that one. Trust me, it’s worth it.
So, again I ask. What are the questions you are asking this year?
